Waitlist Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This notice covers the Neemo Studio waitlist. Neemo Studio is being built; joining the waitlist does not create a product account or require you to upload content.
What we collect
- Your email address, selected role and niche, and any optional niche description you provide.
- Your marketing consent and when you joined or confirmed your email.
- Your invite code, referral relationships and confirmed referral count.
- A random visitor identifier, which headline you saw, whether the hero was viewed, and a referral code or campaign source supplied in the page URL.
- A one-way, secret-keyed hash derived from a network address for request rate limits when supplied by our trusted hosting provider. Our waitlist database does not store the raw IP address.
How we use it
We use this information to keep your place on the waitlist, send the early access and launch emails you consented to, count eligible referrals, invite design partners, prevent abuse, and compare which headline helps people understand Neemo. Your role and niche help us decide whom to invite into early groups.
We don’t sell your waitlist information. Your email, niche and private progress aren’t shown to the person who invited you. They can see their own confirmed referral count.
Browser storage
Your browser stores a random visitor ID and headline assignment so repeat visits stay consistent, plus referral and campaign information for signup attribution. After signup, it also stores a private management token so this browser can show your own progress. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see that progress. Clearing site data removes these stored values from your browser.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist records are stored in our Supabase database. Our hosting provider processes requests to the site. When email delivery is enabled, an email provider also processes your address and message to deliver welcome or launch emails. Providers may process information outside Australia. These services are used to operate the waitlist.
Email and consent
Joining requires your explicit consent to Neemo Studio’s waitlist, early access and launch emails. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us below. Unsubscribing stops future waitlist marketing; it does not automatically delete the record needed to honour that choice.
Referral credit requires the invited person to confirm their email. You must also confirm your own email to qualify for early access through referrals. A signup alone does not qualify as a confirmed referral.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing rezanur.rahman@softopera.com. Please contact us from the email address you used to join so we can verify your request. We’ll respond to help resolve it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information while it is needed to run early access, contact consenting members and administer referrals. Records are retained until we review and remove them or handle a deletion request. Unsubscribing retains your waitlist record to honour your opt-out; it does not automatically minimise or erase it. You can request deletion at any time. Rate-limit records older than two days are removed during subsequent rate-limit checks.
